Music cuts out when I am listening to my connected system

 

It is possible to experience cuts out while listening to music with your Cabasse connected system. If so, we advise you to check your internet connection and network stability. Typically, music cuts out happen when:

 

Listening and streaming high-resolution files that are too heavy for your current internet speed.

Weak signal between your Cabasse system and router

 

If this happens:

 

  • Restart your router
  • Check your internet connection by running a bandwith test
  • Look out for any firewalls or proxies as they may block traffic 
  • Make sure your Cabasse system is not positioned too far from your router
  • Prefer an ethernet hard-wired connection between your system and router, when possible.
