Our support team works with our network of resellers and distributors worldwide. Their mission is to analyze the potential malfunctions, product issues, disassemble and send the defective part(s) to our workshop.

> If you live outside of France, you need to contact your local reseller or distributor who will repair and send you another product/part.

> We usually send instructions to prevent customers from sending the whole speaker to avoid any risk of damage.

> We also do not ask customers to disassemble the product themselves but instead send us the defective part.

> If you cannot send the product back to your local reseller where you purchased your product, you might be charged a service fee.
