If you just unboxed your new Cabasse product and are noticing a defect, please follow the recommended procedure:
- You have 15 days after you purchased your product to return it to your local retailer for an exchange or refund.
- After this period, and until the end of the warranty time indicated on the receipt, Cabasse will treat it as an After-Sale Service, and will replace the defective part.
Please contact your local reseller if you experience a defect with your product.
